Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn garments with all original labels and hygiene seals intact into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid return label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
